Answer: KEX Private Equity One Co., Ltd. is the Trust management company of ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust and has the sole duty to manage the Trust.  ALLY KEX Private Equity Trust is a private equity trust registered under the Thai Trust Act BE 2550 (2007).  The three Trust Managers have the specific mandate with the Trust to invest certain real estate investment opportunities in Thailand.

Answer: We would consider deploying between THB 150 – 1,000 million into a single investment deal, and we have planned to close up to 10 deals under this Trust.  However, outstanding opportunities may create exceptional circumstances for us to consider stretching these predetermined allocations.
